The handbook offers a useful tool for the student to understand Sustainable Development Law in its main aspects.  It presents a reasoned set of normative sources and characterizing elements of the theme of Sustainability, able to guide the student in the analysis of an innovative subject in a phase of further evolution. It also offers an overview of documents, soft law sources and other materials that can be used to have a more complete view of the sustainable development system.
