The volume is the result of the joint work with the Ukrainian colleague Olena Vrublevska of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv: Quirino Camerlengo and Camilla Buzzacchi of the Department of Economics and Business Law of University of Milano-Bicocca enter into a scientific dialogue with her.
The challenge of sustainability is a common horizon to be explored. The issue of environmental responsibility towards future generations is approached from different perspectives: that of constitutional law, which takes into account the goods that the Fundamental Charter requires to be preserved for the progress of the national community and the people who contribute to it; that of management sciences, which questions conscious consumption with a view to the circulation of products.
