Scholars of several European Countries investigate the impact of international and supranational law into domestic constitutional systems.Common core of the contributions is the analysis of the Constitutional and Supreme Courts’ attitude for the definition of the relationship betweeen international and constitutional law, as well as the dialogue betweeen supranational and national judges.
